The iQES system is a management system which give our staff continuous control over all activities and processes. Emphasis is placed on continuous improvement and the identification of preventative measures or remedial actions. Information, procedures and training is provided to all employees as part of an ongoing process.

The effective implementation and interaction of these documented policies, procedures and instructions ensures the products and services provided conform to the specified requirements of our clients.

 

Audits and Continuous Improvement

The iQES system is administered and regularly audited by a dedicated iQES Manager and iQES System Administrator, together with supporting staff each responsible for Quality, Environmental and Safety systems. This iQES Group, together with other Senior Managers, convene at regular intervals to review any iQES topics.

Our management systems are audited every year by external auditors, including NQA and Achilles UVDB. This enables us to continually enhance the service our clients receive from us. Hornbill staff, including engineers and technicians, also constantly seek to improve our processes – and a formal structure is in place to implement service upgrades across our entire business.

Plan, Do, Check, Act

Following the proven Plan, Do, Check, Act sequence, Hornbill:

  • Document how work will be carried out
  • Complete the work accordingly
  • Verify the quality of the work and issue test and inspection sheets

Health & Safety
